Day to day that means defining test strategy, executing and maintaining test plans and automation, troubleshooting failures, and driving root-cause analysis — while scheduling and executing changes across 70+ customer-impacting systems without disrupting operations.
I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a BS in Web and Mobile Computing, which still shows up in how I think about the systems I test — I like understanding how something is built well enough to know where it will break.
